Delivery fees

Kramp is our fulfilment partner and its warehouse is based in The Netherlands.

Delivery is free of charge for orders above €300.

Orders below €300 will be subject to a €14.95 delivery charge.

Delivery times

Kramp is our fulfilment partner and its warehouse is based in The Netherlands. All orders including orders submitted via the Kramp Online Service will be delivered to Barrow Valley Spares. Click and collect orders have a quicker delivery time.

  • Deliveries will normally be 5-7 business days. Kramp is our fulfilment partner and its warehouse is based in The Netherlands.
  • Click and collect option will normally be 1-3 business days. To avoid disappointment, please DO NOT attempt to collect items before you have been contacted by Barrow Valley Spares to confirm your items have arrived in store.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
